Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, and system configuration work, setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. These fees cover time spent on planning, configuration, system deployment, and related implementation services.

If a client cancels a project before work has started, Aurevon Systems may review the request and issue a refund at its discretion.

Monthly Services

Clients who subscribe to ongoing services may cancel their service at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Once a monthly service period has begun, payments for that billing cycle are non-refundable.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Aurevon Systems does not store or manage credit card information directly.

Project Delays

Project timelines may be affected if required information, access credentials, or approvals are not provided in a timely manner. Aurevon Systems is not responsible for delays caused by missing or delayed client information.
